We always prefer if you call in advance for an appointment (but walk-ins are welcome too). Appointments help us schedule to minimize any wait or delay you may experience. However, we also understand that an illness or injury doesn't always give time to plan ahead. Therefore, if your pet ever needs attention anytime during our regular hours, we will always see you. We don't ever want a pet to go without care because the nature of the illness or injury didn't allow time for an appointment to be made. We do ask for you to be patient and courteous as we do our best to work you in between our scheduled appointments.
